rehab course

Hi,I got 1 year ban in 2007 and did part of rehab drink/driving course but could not finish the course due to illness. I then got a 42 month ban in jan 2011.Can i do another course to reduce the ban or can i apply for my licence back sooner than 42 months? please help-very confused!!

It is up to the sentencing court whether or not they offer you the opportunity to complete the drink driving rehabilitation course a second time around. You can however apply for the early return of your driving licence after a period of 2 years if you received a driving disqualification of 4 years or less. More information can be found here.
