Medical question

Hi all ,
one of the question's asked on the DVLA medical , ask's if you have a accident within the last 6 years ...
i bumped my neighbour's car the night i got caught for d & d . 5 years in march it will be ,
Obviously i'm going to answer yes , as i take it the DVLA will already know about this incident .
But will it have any effect on the decision of reganing my license..

E honest, tick yes but write ‘minor damage only collision 5 yrs ago next to it.
shouldn't make any difference.
