Lost my driving licence before court

Hi just been reading that I have to produce my licence at court. Unlucky for me I lost it in my house somewhere.What will happen? I'm due in Monday 9th may.

I didn't have mine on me when I appeared (I'd been remanded and all my property was in a bag held by G4S staff). They just told me to surrender it as soon as the DVLA contacted me, which they did by post not long after my court case.

You dont need it in court.i took mine on the day but they didnt take it off me,dvla will write to you to return it

Just write to dvla and explain,

There is a section on the paperwork DVLA send for return of licence,that asks if you have lost licence.Just tick box,and that is that....
