Hi Sean,

I had two convictions, 7 & 8 years ago and I have never done it again. I still have both on my licence and It's been effecting my job due to not being able to use company vans/cars, and even more now because there is a promotion coming up that I will miss out on because of it. Is there any way I can have them removed early?

I am afraid there is not.
Convictions that carry mandatory driving disqualifications, like drink driving, failing to provide a specimen and dangerous driving, remain on your driving licence for 11 years before you can apply to have them removed. This is because a second conviction for such an offence triggers a statutory minimum 3 year ban. The law does not provide a means of having these removed from your licence early.
