Hi everyone,

I am really confused, I am now allowed to apply for my drivers licence,

The fee structure is not clear, the website says £65 if you don't need a medical and the form just says £90, can anyone help me with this.

I don't need a medical test, I blew 63 so that is my recorded breath sample.

Any guidance much appreciated

Thanks

Which form are you reading? Is it the D1 form or were you sent a D27P form?

Is this your 2nd offence in 10 years?

If you have received a D27, then you are classified as an HRO.

If you are using a D1 form from the Post Office, then the fee scale is on the accompanying information sheet.

This is what I found on the DVLA website;

Hi everyone,

I am really confused I have my DVLA notice about my renewing my driving licence, it says my disqualification ends at midnight on 17th September does that mean I can start driving on 17th or 18th September.

Any help would be greatly received. Thank you.

It means you are allowed to drive on the 18th, if all conditions are met. You could have applied on 23rd July so you have already introduced a delay in the process!
