I'm struggling to find the definitions of what the codes mean on my charge sheet and wondered if someone could explain them for me?

CCCJS code:RT88007
ACPO: 12.15.16.1
PNLD code: H21

Breath was 96/100 if that is relevant

They mean drink driving, and are the police / courts guide to the standards for that offence.

Thanks for that. Is there anything in them that could tell me about the offence without applying for the records or not?

all the codes do is specify the exact offence’s legal definition. It is generic, not specific to your circumstances.
What is it you need to know?
