Hello, I have received a fine for not paying a toll charge. My car was lent to someone for nearly two months who in that time let someone else drive my car without my permission or knowledge and they have not paid a toll and racked up a fine. I contacted the company as my concern is I now do not know who was driving my car or what else it may have been involved in during that time, and I stated the dates in which the other person was in possession and their contact details, they replied stating as registered keeper I am responsible for all charges. Can anyone advise on this? TIA
