Special reasons - shortness of distance driven

Hi I have been charged with drink driving with a breath alcohol content of 89. I had only driven about 10 metres up the road and was found by the police parked on the side of the road. Is it possible to reduce the length of the ban I face on account of the small distance driven? I did not have any good reason to move the car.
Thanks

I think it would be a weak special reasons argument but it would be a big help towards mitigation if done right and could reduce the sentence.

Also I would be asking how they are proving you drove unless you admitted it or someone saw you? It is an essential element for them to prove.
Thanks, the police said that an eye witness had called them. What would be the right way to get mitigation?
