Hi Martin
I am looking for a bit of advice and likely outcomes.
I was banned in 2005 for 20month
2008 for 4 years
2015 DR30 for 3 years
2022 DR30 for 3 years
2022 DR30 for 3 years they both happened within weeks of each other and they rolled it into 1 court proceedings.
2026 I again got another DR30 and am currently on bail for that and assaulting a police officer and driving on an expired medical license.
The case has been sent for probation report which will come back with mental health and alcohol struggles and I am sober now and have been since march. I have some other older offences for an offencsive weapon but was over ten years ago.
I cannot afford a solicitor and am apparently not eligible for legal aid.
What’s the my best route to deal with this and what is the likely outcome come?
