Sent a Notice of Trial after disputing liability

I have a trial date in November 2025.
I crashed on 30.03.2017 whilst under the influence of excess alcohol.
The vehicle I crashed into was valued at £650.
Driver and passenger declared no injuries at the scene
RSA attempted to recover £58000 for costs paid
I always denied liability for payments made
The Financial Ombudsman reduced the amount claimed by around £15k due to excessive car hire.
There had been a Costs and Case Management conference conducted online.
They would not listen when I tried to explain that the case is statute-barred.
I feel like killing myself

I have tried everything to try and get this case cancelled due to it being statute barred. I even appealed a deputy district judge’s decision that the start date for the limitation period was the date of my conviction in court

They have maintained that the case was raised in time

It wasn’t, but I am angry that everything I have done to lift myself up is thwarted by the Court’s attempt to make me pay
