Section 88

Guys i have my CBT bike test this week and looking forward to getting back on the road. My question is if you only hold provisional driving licence can the section 88 still apply. I only have a year licence so maybe in that position next time around.

S88 applies to whatever licence you had before it ran out, including a provisional.
