Hi all,
I am to appear before the magistrates for drink driving with 63mg of breathe. I am going to plead guilty. I have a previous conviction for speeding and I realise that they will read this out in open court at point of sentence. I am worried that they will also read out an entirely unrelated previous conviction for a non motoring offence.
Does anyone know if they only read out relevant previous convictions i.e. motoring offences or do they read out someones entire police record?
Thanks in advance
