A ray of hope,the dvla are now accepting paper applications,as I've sent two in.one normal application and a key worker application I wonder which one will arrive first.

It's at the top of this page,can you tell me,I've sent in 2 paper applications both with payment of cheque,when I get my licence,what happens to the other application.

So any Non Key Worker got their Licence back since DVLA re-opened
If you phone the dvla and get lee jones address,sent another application to him with a cover note saying your a key worker even if your not.it worked for me and I got my licence after 6 days.when you receive your licence again phone the dvla and explain you have already sent in application they will update your file to ignore the applications and they may return your cheque.
