Hi,
I am hoping somebody can help me with this problem I am facing. I suffer from Bipolar and my permit driving license has been issued for 1 year. Last year in August I submitted the forms to renew it, but 4 months later I haven't heard anything back from DVLA. I have also tried to get in contact with them but the phone lines are always so busy. My theory test also expires in April and I would like to pass the test by that time. What am I supposed to do? How can I get in contact with DVLA? I think it's ridiculous to be waiting 4 months and not get even a letter from them to let me know what's happening. My sister passed her driving test a month ago and she got her licence within a two or three weeks.
