Medical Results

[Fed up]

Hi all, Got the results of my medical today, and the only concern is my MCV is 100. (the normal being 79-99) I don`t drink & have not for months, i do however take prescription meds which could account for the raise in this level.

When I called the medical centre & got a copy of the results, I asked if it was all normal, they told me if there was any `abnormalities` they would have contacted my GP.

Should I be concerned? & has anyone else failed a medical on such a small increase in liver function?

It was my first offence & my ban expires on 6/2/2012

[Fed up]

Went for another blood test arranged by my GP - He called me this morning & he told me all of the readings are fine, no concerns at all. However totally different from the DVLA blood test only 2 weeks prior, . . . strange!! He says he is prepared to talk to them on my behalf if required.. but I think the DVLA are a law unto themselves...

Here`s hoping all will be ok!!
