Hi
Can anyone who has had the medical advise on what they will say if my blood pressure is high ? I've been on an ace inhibitor for last 3 years and most of the time it's normal now but when I get stressed it can go up and I know Il be stressed on the day as I'm stressing all the time now. Just dont want it to jeopardise me getting my licence back

Hi giraffe43 when I attended my medical 29/10/19 I was also worried about my blood pressure being high because I suffer from anxiety, when the doctor did check it was raised 158/88 but he said that's only to be expected because I was nervous, they do allow for it (white coat syndrome I think they call it) DVLA state you do not need to notify DVLA if you have high blood pressure but you must stop driving if your doctor tells you to,what they class as high blood pressure is 180/110.....
