Lost charge sheet

Hi My son was arrested in October for drink driving. His court date is in February. Unfortunately he can't find the charge sheet that he got when he was arrested. Does he need this and if so is he able to get a copy? We know the date of his court appearance but not the time, would that have been on the charge sheet?

Yes the time will be on the charge sheet. If you call the custody office of the police station they will be able to provide the details.
