Agree it’s the one crime that is cut & driedNo if everything was done correctly.
Yep as most of us found out it is the one criminal offence that is Guilty unless proven innocent - assuming correct procedures followed. There is a thread that shows what punishment you will receive and also ways to mitigate the length of your ban when at the court, but if you need help just re-post - the peeps on here are most helpful.Agree it’s the one crime that is cut & dried
So long as all processes followed
Don’t be fooled by legal teams who promise anything
Plead guilty, ask for the course to reduce sentence
Lots of help on this forum
Yep, same as everyone above and just to add go to Court suited and booted, no trackies and trainers!Yep as most of us found out it is the one criminal offence that is Guilty unless proven innocent - assuming correct procedures followed. The best help i can offer mentally is....
Stop re-running what you could have done in your head - you can't turn back time
Stop imagining how bad court will be - its usually a lot better than you imagine in your head
Don't bottle things up - talk to people, they will understand
The ban will seem a lifetime but in reality you will adjust quickly, more quickly than you think and it will be over at some point.
oh and on a personal note from an HRO - learn from the experience
