insurance question for drink driver

my ban is up next month and have got my medical coming up which by readinbg on here its a bit fooked up...but my question is if they give me it back and i go to get insurance...it asks me how long ive held my licence for..i had it for a year and got banned but that was 8 years ago...so does that mean ive had it a year or 8 years ? :confused:
 
you dont have to specify if it's over 10 years!

sorry thats not much help to you, but if they did ask, i would say 15.

hi it is from when you passed your test so answer 8yrs i asked the same question
