hi i have just got my provisional licence back and have started taking lessons again but am trying to get a reasonable insurance quote as i live in northern ireland and have a drink driving on my licence,
Im in Northern Ireland, and have 40 odd days left of my ban, and when i get back on the road, i'll first go to Open and Direct, an insurance broker. They have branches all over Northern Ireland. I was insured with them before i got banned, and i was paying just £300 per year. Not bad for an new driver at 18 years old . You can ring them, or go into one of their branches to get a quote...
Also, try Adrian Flux. I hear they're good with DD drivers. Ring them for a quote. Don't get an online quote from them though, as its automatically assessed by computer online, so it will quote you ridiculous prices. It quoted me £15,805!!! So, give them a ring instead.
