How many medicals?

Hi everyone. I received my full licence back in Dec 2018. I haven't had a drink since Aug 2016 having received treatment for alcohol dependency. Throughout those 2 years before receiving my licence back, I attended regular drs appointments and had blood tests for LFTs.

I have just had my 3rd medical and am just waiting for the results.
My question is, how many medicals have people had before being given their full 10 year licence back? Obviously they ask about your history for the past 6 years but I'm just curious.

It is a 1 year licence up until your answers to those questions are no. So generally for most people 6 years. Your December 2022 renewal should be the year where you can honestly answer no to all of the questions pertaining to the last 6 years.
