How do I order the form!?!

Hi all

My ban is up and I need to reapply and do the HRO medical, but the DVLA won't let me order a D1 form online!

Is it the D1 I need or the D27? And how do you get one these days?

D27 is sent out by the DVLA, 56 or 90 days before your ban is up, but during the COVID situation they haven’t been sending them.
You need a DI, which is available from the Post Office. The forms are identical really.

It is a D one. Just ask for a ‘driving licence application form’ at the post office
