Hi , tests came back from roadside swab from 3 months ago and I have received a letter to go to court ...
Cocaine was under 1.3 but Benzoylecgonine was 333...

whats the possibility of the outcome please ##any advice greatly appreciated

Benzoylecgonine is the major metabolite of cocaine. This is an indication that you have consumed cocaine. The limit for cocaine is 10 microgammes per litre of blood whereas benzoylecgonine has a limit of 50 microgammes per litre of blood. Given that you are over the limit for benoylecgonine you will face a minimum ban of 12 months together with either a fine, community order or prison sentence.
