Hastings 3rd party payout

I have read the posts on admiral trying to recoup costs paid out to 3rd party's, does anyone have examples of hastings doing this, all it says in policy is I won't be paid out if drink drive conviction is secured.

The only companies that do so are the Admiral group. Admiral, elephant and Diamond. Hastings will not recover the cost from you.
