First offence

Pulled over for "erratic indicating", breathalysed, blew over limit. Breathalysed again at station, blew 67 ug. This is my first offence and I've had a clean driving license for 3 years. What's the outlook?

Should I bring a private solicitor or the duty solicitor, or simply plead guilty myself?

Private solicitors like myself tend to get better results as they have more time to prepare and deal with this type of case everyday but you have to weigh the benefits against the cost.
