I was convicted of failing to give a breath speceimin but have since been diagnosed with breathing difficulties and have been prescribed a ventolin inhaler to assist my breathing, is this a good reason to appeal the decision?
It is certainly something that the Court should be made aware if you wished to pursue an appeal. There is a strict 21 day time limit from conviction and sentence in which an appeal must be lodged.
Please feel free to contact us to discuss an appeal and its merits in more detail if you want to proceed any further.
