After waiting months for the Swansea bureaucrats to acknowledge my drink driving ban was revoked, I got so frustrated and asked my MP to become involved. Two weeks after my medical, I had a ten year licence. Hmm. (Skip if bored)......
Just received a reply to my MP from said Swansea strikers that they effed up and they "appreciate and acknowledge " this delay. Rolls up sleeves - given email and phone number for stage 3. Am going in..... (with my MP's support). Independent Complaint Advisers lay people who hold DVLA to account.
