Driving whilst unfit through drugs must there be impairment for this to stick as the doctor in the police station said i was not impaired but urine came positive for cannabis and i admitted being a user

A lot would ride on what the doctors statement to the police says but it may be worth perusing. However it would be tough to get legal aid and privately paid lawyers usually start at around £5000 for a trial. Bare this in mind when deciding on your plea.
