on sunday 6/01/14 i woke in a very emotional agitated state,i boght 96 paracetamol and whisky my plan was to park in sea side car park and take alcohol and paracetamol and kill myself. however i was too upset to drive to car park . parked in a side street and proceeded to drink alcohol and take parectamol. i became unconcious and member of public spotted me called police who got me out of car and called ambulance . in my hand was a copy of a psychology report that had upset me . this was seen by police and is in my patients notes. i was out off it taken to hospital put on drip and was arrested for drunk in charge of vehicle. im awaiting summons they took blood . obviously i had no intention of driving car as i was parked there to kill myself .saw psyche services next day in hospital and diagnosed depression and put on ant i depressants advice please i have no money im a staff Nurse also i have clean license never convicted of anything apart 1 spent speeding sp30
