My husband admitted to drink driving, 1st offence. Wat is possible outcome without representation at magistrates Court?

Another car hit him, he stayed on scene, admitting he had a drink, and he was breatherlised. His reading was 79

The ban should be between 17 and 22 months and he will get a fine or low-level community order.
