Hi I recently was caught d d blew 56 I read constantly if you had previous in the last ten years you can expect this and that but I had previous around 25 years ago does this affect me I understand the judge can see this but all I see is this 10 year question. Help please
It is only in the last ten years for sentencing purposes. The judges/magistrates may be made aware of "previous" but it does/cannot affect sentencing. If I am wrong, please correct me,
