Yup same process as the 1st time but if the 2nd offence falls into the 10yr bracket you have to do a medical

Yes, I have.

First time was April 2017. I blew 124, which in Scotland is 5.5 times the limit. Received a 20 month ban and a £400 fine. Got my full 10 year licence back in April 2019 then lost it again in July 2019. 36 month ban, £400 fine and the Awareness Course reducing the ban to 27 months

I stopped drinking completely at that time and managed to get a 1 year licence on the 10th February 2022.

It took me exactly 210 days from applying to getting my licence back.
