Do I fill in D27P or D1 form ?

Hi all , I am in the process of sending off for my licence after my ban finished in 2019 , I understand I do need to do a medical , but I still have the D27p form sent to me before my ban ended , do I need to fill that out or a d1 form , I’m unsure ?

Either will do, as you have the D27 you might as well use that.
