S88 applies to a person waiting for a medical review before they getthier licence back. It allows them to drive for up to 12 months while the application is considered.
If a drink drive conviction is after 1st June 2013 then it does not apply to a person in the High Risk offender category.
As you failed to supply, that includes you so you cannot drive while your application is being processed.

Using all capitals is considered rude, and the same as shouting..... as Paul W says, can you use ordinary typing with capitals only at the start of a sentence etc?
also a best guess has been given in your other thread.... it depends on your circumstances.
