Morning all,
Apologies if this is coming knowledge but I’ve not seen it on any threads I’ve read.
I was curious to see what the DVLA actually ask the GP and came across the DD2 form after a quick search on Google.
I am not sure if this is the latest version however, from a personal point of view, it offers me with more reassurances as I know the GP will be ticking ‘no’ for me at every question.
Although I have been told I am being treated as a priority by both GP and DVLA, I am still waiting, but I realise some have waited a lot longer.
Anyway, I thought it would be useful to share so that people have an idea of the questions asked.
