D27P FORM VERIFY IDENT

Hello there,

I applied to renew my driving licence using the D27P form today and sent it off at the post office. I signed it properly and double checked it so I don’t have any problems. However, to verify my identification I put my passport number on the application form and didn’t put a photo in the envelope. Will that be okay? Will they use my photo from my passport? Many thanks

Yes this is enough to verify who you are so long as your passport is in date. They will use the photo for your new card from your passport :)
