D1 for HRO need to put new photo?

2 weeks away from my 2 year disqualification expiring.

Just starting the paperwork I picked up from the P.O as nothing came through the letter box.

Do I HAVE to send a new photo with my paper D1 form or will they simply use the old one on file?

No you don't need to send a photo, unless your old one is approaching 10 years

I called them and they said my photo is still valid and I don’t need to send a new one to them.
