Hi everyone, my name is Stefan and I’m bit confuse, if anyone can help with my concern. I had my court hearing today and I was very lucky, they reduce my ban and they said I need to apply to Dvla for the driving license but the problem is I don’t have a UK driving license,I have a UE license. What can I do, if anybody can give me an advice that will be great. Thanks

Once your disqualification ends I believe you can continue to drive on your EU licence. I think @price1367 has advised on this issue before, if you wait until he sees this tag he will be able to give you a definitive answer.

When your ban expires, you can start to use your EU licence immediately, so that is from the day that the court lifted your ban. If you had a UK licence you would be struggling to go through the DVLA process. The “High Risk Offender” process of requiring you to have a medical before you get your licence back does not apply to holders of non UK licences.
