Hi Martin,

A couple of questions .

Is there a list of the lavatories the police use for RTA forensic examination? Are you able to find which lab was used on your own case?

Would you happen to know a rough ratio of cocaine to BZE, or where a very high result of just BZE would be improbable?
I have found some stats of 14. /1 (c/BZE).
Another where cases of just BZE on its own were 1-3% on its own. Any ideas?

If you plead not guilty and reject FSR1, are there defence costs for part 2, if so how much?

Thanks in advance

Laboratories!!

Good morning,

When you go to Court, the lab used and the name of the toxicologist will be disclosed.

I could not help you with ratio's I am afraid that would require you speaking to a toxicologist.

If you did not accept the SFR1 you would wait for the SFR2 but there is no telling when it may come. The cost would be loss of credit with the Court and whatever prosecution costs are requested for hiring the expert. Unfortunately this varies a lot but I would guess at between £500 to £1000.

I hope this helps

Kind regards
Martin.
