Hi all,
A family member was caught drink driving (or rather in charge of a vehicle, not pulled activity driving it).
This will be their 5th drink drive conviction.
Second within 10 years.
What is the likely outcome ? I fear prison ?
Also, what counts as being within the 10 year period we are 3 months away from being outside of this. So if the court date is after the three months will it not count as being within 10 years?
I.e does it count from conviction day to conviction day? Or will it count from date of arrest/insident ?
I want to be fully armed to assist my family member best I can.
