Hi
I’ve been convicted of drunk driving, I’m a first time offender, just waiting to go to court, I’m also in the middle of a divorce case to settle the financials using the courts, this is how I ended up in this situation. I had my court case, the stress of it all meant I didn’t eat all day, I had a drink at home which I forgot about, a few hours later one with a meal and when I drove I blew 52 over the limit.
Do I need to disclose this information to my solicitor? As far as I’m aware, it shouldn’t have any impact on my case as we're discussing financials not conduct.
