i have question i was stopped on24 march 2020 by police and charged with drink driving where alcohol was above limit 62mg but i am on depression from February and was taking antydepresants i should say that in court previous convictioni have too for a drink driving where i was in January 2011 20 months band from driving i afraid i can go prison

I completely understand your situation and you are right that the Court are going to take it very serious. I think it is important that the Court understands your situation so I think a good solicitor speaking for you in Court will make a big difference. You can start the work required now by getting a letter from your doctor to confirm the medication you were on at the time.
 
Thank you for respond i just wanted asked if 1 convicted was on 15 January 2011 and second 24 March 2020 so still i will be like high risk offender beacause i thinking 10 years gone?
