Hi,I was watching the tail end of road wars the other night and I was wondering if anyone knows 100% on whether I heard right that drink drivers get an automatic ban of 3 yrs,if so when did they bring the rule in?? Many thanks

The 3 year minimum automatic driving disqualification is only enforced when someone is disqualified for a second time within a 10 year period for a drink driving offence.
