Requested information regarding my medical. No idea what 1.3 cbt result is

Is this a pass or fail? Still not recieved license yet

Your result is normal and shows you have consumed little or no alcohol xx mine was 0.9 so I am pleased

A normal range is up to 1.6%, so I suspect it is a pass.
