Can i drive a moped while on ban?

Can i drive a moped (weakest one?) or any other vehicle while on ban for drunk drive?

The answer is quite straightforward: you are banned from driving and therefore are not permitted to drive any type of motor vehicle on the roads or other public place. A "motor vehicle" includes a moped.
