Awaiting licence

I applied for my licence 10 th April heard nothing. My ban finishes on 22 may 2020 can I drive on that date thanks

This is very frustrating I can’t contact DVLA to see if they have received my application to see if it will be back with me by my end of disqualification on the 22 may. Why did I bother going on a course to reduce my ban
