4 x medical but never had this..... advice anyone?

So like many i've been going through the process year after year... this year DVLA tell me they have my bloods (14th October 2022) but doctor who took and sent bloods didn't enclose paperwork..... DR no longer works at surgery, surgery doesn't have a copy.... EEEEEk is all i can think of saying. DVLA says they will continue to chase, GP says nothing to chase.... any ideas anyone please?

Wow! That's frustrating to say the least! If there is nothing that can be done, surely the DVLA will pay for another blood test as you've done everything they've asked, this is an error by one of their chosen docs..
