i am coming up to the 2nd year of my ban and would like to apply for early return of my licence.
i am clean of alcohol and have done the rehab i tried applying for drink driving course as it was not offered but was refused i need my licence back due to ill health of my mother and employment as i can not find any other employment apart from courier due to pandemic any advice?
