1st time offenders

can the Dvla revoke your licence if you are a 1st time offender and also if you pass the medical?
I do have a history if alcohol missue.

You have to meet their requirements to pass the medical, which includes enquiries about your history via your GP so you have not ‘passed’ until that process ia complete.
If you fail any aspect of the process they do not ‘revoke’ your licence, they just refuse to issue you your licence back.
