Colision after drink driving

Hello I would like to find out what I can expect in court. I had colision with taxi after having breath test I read 99 also I had previously been done for drink driving in 2012 and year ago for drunk in charge but end up with 10 points . Just to add no one got hurt however my car and front of taxi was damaged badly . I'm just worried what can court decide would be great full for any response thanks

Since this is your second offence in 10 years you're facing a minimum ban of 3 years for this offence. With the breath reading or 99 the guidelines state for a second offence you will be facing a 36-52 month ban with a low-high level community order.

With it being your second offence and the crash being an aggravating factor I would expect your sentence to be on the higher side of that scale. Without sounding like I'm crusading you since I too have been caught drink driving, learn your lesson this time because if there's a next time expect a custodial sentence.
